T Magazine - NY Time Magazine Covers

The Moment is a blog for the New York Times, it's a good blog that I visit from time to time. But recently, they started posting some of their T Magazine covers. Each day this week, they are posting a slide show of the T’s covers made by artists and designers from past issues.

Visit their site here themoment.blogs.nytimes.com - check it out. Most of the covers are interesting to look at as well as beautiful. It's entertaining to see all the original variations of the T that has been created for the covers.

Super Bowl Ad Live-Blog Sunday Experiment!

Sunday, February 1st at 5:45pm a couple of creative blogs are getting together to do a Super Bowl Ad Live-Blog Event.   They are going to blog/discuss Super Bowl commercials during the Super Bowl - all live in real time. It should be an interesting experiment and recommend everyone check them out on Sunday.

Starbucks Inaugural Sleeve

I almost missed this today, Starbucks put out simple inaugural coffee sleeves with presidential quotes on them. They are definitely on top of their game and it's these subtle little things that really show you how they use design to give their customers a unique experience. Hate them or love them you have to give them credit for putting out something to commemorate this day. This really makes you appreciate good design + marketing.
